In 2018, I was honored to have been asked to help recreate sets from the iconic Overlook Hotel from Stanley Kubrick’s “The Shining” for its sequel, “Doctor Sleep”. Of the many challenges we faced, one of my favorites was repairing, molding, and casting the soap dish in the tub behind The Woman in Room 237.
